We analyze each element of our operation separately, and treat each of the tasks and orders individually.
Transport department
Our transport department is responsible for:
- Confirmation of acceptance of transportation orders
- Notification of the vehicles in compliance with hourly loading schedule
- Preparation of reports and accounts of key indexes
- Dealing with complaints in cooperation with the client
- Making sure that vehicles and deliveries are brought round on time
- Regular contact with the client
